Here is the story line of Michael's Haunted House

One Halloween night, you were alone in the dark, wandering near a big mansion. A kid called Michael came out of nowhere to greet you. You two started chatting. The fun began ...
During the game, you may see a blinking mouse cursor, usually after Michael talks. Click anywhere to continue whenever you finish reading his dialogue and are ready to continue.
Michael would ask you if you were a new kid. You can choose "Yes" or "No". If you choose:
1. Yes/go on: (presumably you are the first time to play the game) he would give you a very brief introduction about the haunted house. He would also tell you that he is going to the haunted house, and would ask if you want to go with him. If you choose "Sure/Yes", then he would hand you his flashlite. If you choose "No/I'm scared", then Michael will leave you alone and the program will quit.
2. No/Let's go: you will skip the introduction to the next part where Michael would hand you his flashlite.
When Michael hands you his flashlite, you need to click on the flashlite to get it.
After you have got the flashlite, Michael would say, "let's go," and you would see a blinking mouse cursor. So, just click anywhere to continue.
But then suddenly, a thunder struck again, and there was power outage. Everything became dark and hazy.
Michael would tell you to turn on the flashlite. To turn on the flashlite, click on the flashlite. A light spot would appear.
Then, Michael would say you got to find the doorway of the house. So, you drag the flashlite around to find the doorway. Drag the flashlite so that the light spot is on the haunted house's door (it should be a little above the original location of the light spot). When you spot the doorway, Michael will yell "That's it."
A fun stuff to do before you go on: if you put the light spot on Michael's face, he would yell "Hey!"
Now that you have found the doorway. Release the mouse button when the light spot is on the doorway. Then just move the cursor over the doorway. You would see the cursor turn into a skull cursor! While the cursor appears as a skull, click once. You and Michael would then walk towards the front door of the haunted house.
When you two arrive at the doorway, Michael would tell you not to turn off the flashlite, otherwise the ghosts would come out. Well, turn off the flashlite then, if you want to see the ghosts and the pumpkins. It's fun to watch them.
After you have turned off the flashlite, wait for a second, and the ghosts and pumpkins would fly out crazy. If you turn on the flashlite when they are flying out, they would disappear. Turn off the flashlite again, and there they come again.
If you let the ghosts fly out for about ten seconds, a pumpkin will explode and the door will open.
There is another way to open the door: ring the doorbell thirteen times. There is a dark skull shadow on the top half of the door. It is hidden in the dark, but if you move the flashlite spot over there, you will see it. If you move the cursor over the skull shadow (does not matter whether the flashlite is on or off), the eyes and mouth of the skull would appear. This is the doorbell. When you click on this doorbell, the skull would turn into a bell and you would hear the bell ring. If you click on it thirteen times (total), the door will open.
When the door opens, you will hear a thunder followed by a hysterical laugh. Then a becking hand appears. A voice would tell you to "come in." You go into the dark house ...
